Barclays Bank

The staff at this branch are very very rude. One assistant, an old man who always wears a suit is very condescending.The staff talk about customers when they leave very noticeably so. They seem to be anti the mature and anti the disabled. Not good enough in this day and age. Only giving one star to make sure the review gets published. They do not deserve it.

The staff are very helpful at this branch I was very impressed with their service in helping me to open a new account. ...everything was explained and show how to use in branch facilities. ......can't thank them enough for all the help. .......thank you. ...keep up the good work. ...:-) :-) :-)

An absolutely appalling branch, no staff, self service machines always breaking down, recently deposited money in one of them and never credited my account nor did it give me a receipt. They had to resort to checking CCTV to see if i was telling the truth regarding my deposit !!!! Absolutely disgusting. I dread going in but unfortunately I have to and now queue for hours to make sure my money is correctly deposited

The staff should be ashamed of themselves when my mum had to isolate I had to go the bank and shopping for her a member of staff canceled all her banking and closed her cards which meant my mum was withought money till she could go in to the branch so glad I moved her bank after this

Hey, there's a dark haired woman who works there, I believe she is the concierge, one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting she spoke to the person in front of me terribly and then proceeded to speak to me with a distasteful tone. I work in customer service so I know what is expected and this is certainly not it. I won't be coming in the bank when she is present.

My wife went to the bank today for a problem with the bank card. She was received by a woman with blonde hair, about 50 years old. She spoke to all customers with respect and assistance, except with my wife with all the rudeness . I will never go to this branch again

Even though now old bank cashiers to help they went out of their own dinner break to help me with something I could have done on my phone at home the staff are so helpful to order people than me always smiling I know people say that the NHS needs a raise in pay . To me I don't mind that after I had a stroke at Christmas and the nurses bought everyone in our ward a Christmas dinner so back to all of your staff who know just by looking at me and helping me I would gladly give £1 every time I needed such help it's not a lot but think of the Christmas party they could have

Please don't ever use their ATM machine's outside to make deposits,they retain your money for no reason's and you go home empty until the next day.This has happened to me repeatedly.You go and report and they give you back your money and the machines remain thesame.Its a shame!!!
