Was account holder of this place, I wanted some loose change they denied me saying 'oh we don't give out change even to our account holders' If I could give no star ratings I would!

Great service from helpful and friendly staff everytime. Would recommend.

They are open only 9am -3pm
Ridiculous!

I’ve been in to the Nuneaton branch on numerous occasions and I’ve never really felt like the staff in there we’re enjoying the jobs. Whoever the branch manager or area manager is needs to address this customer service problem. Take a I walk round the corner to the Coventry Building Society and experience their customer service, it’s second to none!
