Appalling service, I had an appointment at 10am as I can only get in Saturday to open a child account. Receptionist was so rude and didn't have me in her diary even though I had confirmation. Basically made out that we are busy with mortgages and my business didn't matter. So annoyed an d now complaining to head office.

Phone service in general. Could not get a reply yesterday or today after ten minutes waiting gave up. Just want us to use robots instead of people for banking information. Useless

After attempting to ring the bank for some advice, I eventually got through (12 minutes) to then be told there is a 13 minute wait time!! Or you could opt for a call back which I did.... and yes I did get a call back with a really bad quality line, which by the way has been like this since September 2020! Half way through the call ......... Yes, you guessed it - I was disconnected! 😡 I assumed as they had called me, they had my details to ring me back!
We’re 10 months into this pandemic now, and I would have thought the service would have improved, but obviously not!!!

I went today to use the coin machine to deposit the change into my account. The staff member went to get the keys as the machine wouldn't reset for use! The staff member asked me if I am definitely a customer of Natwest, which I confirmed and said that I have been for many years. She then said that the machine is full and didn't know when it's due to be emptied. She then went on to say that the problem is that customers that aren't with NatWest use the machine so come back when you are next passing

I feel like a slave after visiting this branch. They refuse to get my own money. Telling they want to protect me.
????? From what??? From my money???Absolutely disgraceful. No trust to natwest any more. Have to find different place were respect customers after 20 years.

This has got to be the most incompetent bank in Britain, staff are unhelpful and useless. Think they are suffering money problems as they try to not allow you to withdraw funds
