Early last month was looking for an instant access account that paid a good rate of interest (1.98%) on a monthly basis. Their Freedom account ticked the boxes and was easy to set up on-line. I received texts to confirm the paying in of any amounts. I have rung their helpline a couple of times and the calls were answered quickly and professionally. Would consider them for fixed rate bonds etc in the future.

Extremely quick in transferring money from your bank account to your savings account, but you need at least 48hrs for any withdrawal. If you can put money in my savings account within 2 hours then why not the other way?

Absolutely shocking bank! I opened an account with this bank without looking at the reviews. Biggest mistake. I transferred money to the account no problems but I decided I just wanted to keep my money and have sent loads of emails and private messages but had no reply. My 14 days to get in contact are almost up so my money will be locked for 2 years. Also been on the phone over the last couple of days all 1 hour+ and still they haven’t answered. Absolutely shocking

While I have absolutely no argument with the clear account information and decent interest rates, I have found it impossible to confirm their advertised customer service. I have repeatedly held the line for a telephone conversation for up to 48 minutes before losing patience. Email contact promises a response within 4 working days. This is not a bank that deals with urgent requests.

Shocking bank.
They have thousands of pounds of my money and I can’t get to any of it as I’m locked out for a password. I’ve spent the best part of 10 hour phoning on different days and no one picks up. No one answers any emails and certainly no one calls you back even though I’ve left my number on several occasions.
A week and a half and still nothing.
DO NOT USE THEM, NONE EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I’m a new customer, as I write I have been waiting almost 1.5hrs on hold to reset my online bank password. Very disappointed.
Similar issue to previous review, I entered my details exactly as I set them up (my computer automatically saves passwords when I create them) but refused entry and account locked after 3 attempts.
Update: got through to someone (after 1hr 32mins on hold) who was very polite and apologetic for the wait, not his fault. Sorted the issue quickly. Management need to invest in more staff to cover busy hours!!

Avoid - there is absolutely no customer service at this bank. I have been trying to call customer service on 3 separate days and have been put on hold with "high call volumes". There is no alternative means of contact and I am concerned on the legitimacy of this bank given the poor service I've received.

Invested in a fixed one year savings account with monthly interest paid to my linked account. Waited 4 days for payment to arrive only to get a text thanking me for a deposit? It appears that they incorrectly paid my interest into the RCI account!
I can't ring them as I am a mute, tried email/secure message/messenger. Not a single response and I need my money.

UPDATE
I did today receive a phone call, even after I told them repeatedly that I cannot speak! Feeling really upset and offended by this.
