Banking hall staff have no knowledge of the types of accounts available. I spent 30 mins here only to be telephoned and told if I did open a lloyds associate business bank account I wouldn't actually be able to pay in or withdraw from this branch. Pah!

Not happy at all with the service I received, or didn't receive more to the point. I bank here and needed change in exchange for a £10 note. I was told that they don't have enough silver change to do this for me. I find this very hard to believe. I am seriously thinking about switching. This is not the first time I have not been happy with the service provided here.

Would opening just a few hours on a Saturday hurt? It’s not as if 09.30 - 15:30 is strenuous! I received a letter saying that my £3 loyalty payment for not being in the red (originally £5) would now be stopped. AND if I didn’t have a certain amount, I would receive a charge! From reward to punishment.. The staff in Leek are friendly, but banking here is not.

Purely down to the opening hours, which prevents youngsters from learning important face to face banking skills.

Who are the Branch opening hours supposed to be for? Not the working person. Bring back Saturday opening, even if it means closing 1 other day in the week. My 2 young sons have been saving their Christmas and birthday money and want to pay it in over the counter, not via a machine. I can’t take them as the branch is only open what seems like lunch hours during the week. It gives them enormous pride and I’m sure it encourages them to save more. Come on everyone else is having to get back to normal.

I can not get through to anyone at this bank.. Can they really be that busy..

Staff are lovely and helpful, but I have needed to pay a cheque in for weeks now. I can't make 9 - 3. The opening times are not user friendly, at all.

Great Staff But the hours are no good for anyone who works. Bring Back the 9.00 to 12.00 on a Saturday. Not a big ask.
