... bank statement, credit card statement and driver's licence not enough to prove who you are. TSB has become a haven for moronic policies and procedures, no wonder you are losing customers and really wish existing customers move to another banking institution before they become victims of your unnecessary bureaucracy. thumbs down big time!

I've lived in the area and been in and out of the bank many times.
Although there are queues in the morning, it's to be expected. The staff is always as quick as they can, and they sometimes deal with people that barely speak any English.
The ATMs outside and inside are very rarely out of service.
The staff is welcoming and accommodating. I have once been in need of a consultation and was offered a session within the next hour, on a Saturday.
With regard to my account, I work with a wonderful lady who has always been more than happy to answer all my questions and guide me through whatever I wanted done.
When I opened my account, I used my Driver's License and Passport. They accept the initial NINo confirmation letter as proof of address as well, in case any newcomers are reading this.
Highly recommend.

This bank is located conveniently near my house, which is why I signed up with them.
My main problem with the bank though is that the staff are miserable, and every time you ask them for help it's almost as though they sigh at the burden of your presence.
With that said, they do seem fairly trustworthy, and the bank is somewhat reputable. Therefore, I don't feel unsafe depositing my money here.
I just wish they would learn to love life again, because it's incredibly depressing inside this shop. I know that Harlesden isn't the brightest part of London - but it's not as bad as the staff make it feel.

I feel like it is not a bank, they treat the customers like an unrespectful manner. I went to this TSB bank for the first time with my patient. He had an account which he was already registered in there. The man on counter 4 keep us waiting for 5 hours by saying I will do,I will do... And at the end he said I can't do it now, as it is already time up to close. He said to go home and come tomorrow. This shows that he treat to my patient who have a disability he didn't care about it! He just ignore us for 5 hours. which was very bad about him!!! this happened on 27th October 2021 at 1:00pm to 5:00pm. He wasted our 5 hours. Thank you!

The woman assistant there was so patronising. I wanted to see if I could pay in a cheque and she had the audacity to ask if I was even a customer while I was in the queue. I hadn't been waiting in line for 10 minutes for the fun of it. So rude.

This is supposed to be a bank I felt i was in a sunday market, Women behind the counter was so rude, I think TSB needs to look more into Who’s wearing their uniform.
