What an absolute disgrace this website is.

Usually conduct my banking online.

Just traveled from Crosby to Formby Branch after checking website opening times. On arrival discovered that the branch was closed. Returned home and the website at the time of this message is still showing the branch open.

Customer relations and information is disgraceful.

Seriously considering change of bank.

ATM never working out of store opening hours a possible ploy so they don’t have to engage in emptying it in the mornings .
