Sort staff when busy. Only 1 person helping when busy. Takes average 5 to 10 minutes to help out one customer. Complian to the branch manager if you are lucky to see him will not take anything on board.

Weary rude staff lazy peapole working there when ewer I need to go to this bank I feel I don't want to.
Again standing long time waching all staff pasing thru me and nobody asking nothing.like they try not to see me.
More polite to clients this what we need as customers don't tel us to whait and point fu..ing fingers on chers. I will close my account there

This is my own personal experience at the Woking Branch.
There is a lovely lady named Sarah who works there and she is always happy and very very helpful. Sarah makes my banking experience a pleasure, especially in this present climate. If all staff were like Sarah bank visits would be a happy experience all round.

Third time in a row today, I have received absolutely excellent and helpful customer service at this branch.

Would highly recommend talking to staff here about your banking.

The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that occasionally in the past they would close for lunchtime for an hour or so and this wouldn’t be reflected on the online information. Hopefully this was due to a staffing issue since resolved well with brilliant new staff.

Rude staff, unable to empathise with a customer after TWO bereavements who's just trying to carry on the duty of executor of two wills and provide original copies of death certificates etc
On top of that, they can't even stay open until the end of normal banking hours of 3.30pm - disgusting.
