I've banked with Halifax since 1992 and never been let down by them! All of the staff at the Burton-on-Trent branch are very helpful, I highly recommend this branch.

It's a bank. You go there, you do your money business, you leave. This particular branch of Halifax has helpful staff who are friendly too, and that's all that really matters in a bank I guess.

Long queues and not all that helpful. Halifax themselves had a glitch or technical error which left me unable to open an account with them.
