Lloyds Bank

I visisted this branch at the beginning of December 2014 and got to see an incredibly helpful young gentleman called Tristan. He opened both a business account and personal current account for me efficiently, quickly, and with the utmost courtesy. The business account remains unused at this stage, but I will have done my very first trade on ebay by this weekend, the proceeds of which will be deposited to the account. I have also found the Woking branch of Llooyds extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone contemplating setting up a small business to try Lloyds. They really are superb and go out of their way to assist.

Very Poor Service -- went in at 16:34 today, 4 tellers at the counter, 1 dealing with a massive deposit of coin. two involved with staff training and the last one walked off! After waiting some 6 minutes, asked the training member how long it might be before I would be served - she replied 'we have to train staff' - no time estimate, the 4th teller still hiding - this is not the first time I have had to wait and wait at this bank.
Not impressed.

I had a problem with payment not going through online. Went in , all got fixed within half an hour. Great team, and great customer service.

I'm unable to activate internet banking even reset everything. The staffs were help me out especially thanks to the branch manager. She is nice and super helpful. Deeply appreciated.
