The staff are all friendly & helpful no matter what. It gets busy at times, footfall has increased because of branch closures. Free parking available. I use here weekly and would recommend this branch.

Awful and slow service, typical of Natwest - don't go in here if you are in a rush. Automated machines don't work properly so you have no choice other than to use the bank clerks.

Poor Service - use Barclays
Ellie could not have offerred a lower customer service if she had tried.

Really lovely and polite staff, especially one lady cant remember her first name but her badge had Carroll on it. Very chatty and friendly, not just doing her job and shoving you out of the door. Did get quite busy and some were frustrated by this. Quite a small branch but also had free parking outside the front of the building

10am to 3pm? Not bad hours, do you have any jobs going .

Very poor - which is a shame because the Town Centre staff are usually brilliant. Don't use if you're trying to pay your bills in your lunch break (was there for 40mins for something that took 5-10mins tops), staff were rude and kinda snotty. And the lady that served me messed up my payments by releasing them all the same day (over £1k out of my bank), instead of staggering the payments as I'd requested....
Poor poor show. Go to the Town Centre Natwest, or pick a different bank; will not be going back there....

So slow, even when a queue out of the door they are not bothered. Lunch times only 1 person at the windows. Nice enough people but no service levels

The bank is not very good they close ur bank down when there is money in there and won’t transfer the money over to you
