The hostess wasn't very helpful also kind of rude trying to convince me that I'm at wrong branch, then she called over a colleague because didnt know what to do. After need to wait 35 minutes for 3 minutes paperwork when wasn't busy it all so not the best experience at all.

Alba was very helpful was having issues withdrawing money despite other collegaues not acknowledging my struggle she helped despite asking a fellow colleague for help and being shrugged off and dismissed of she did everything in her will power to help me still with a welcoming smile and great attitude absolute credit to the team , goes above and beyond to try and ensure the customer leaves satisfied.

What seemed like one actual member of staff in the building that was busy. Strangely the terminals that can sort my "everyday banking" couldn't order a cheque book. Decent.

Queued for 20 minutes to use a machine to find out that Barclays not longer accept cash for a Barclaycard payment (due on the same day). Not sure what function this place even performs any more. One star is too high - it actually deserves zero for providing absolutely nothing to the customer any more.

I was horrified to discover to what extent Barclays is investing in and supporting the fossil fuel industry. I currently have a barclaycard and two accounts with Barclays, but will be looking to move all of these accounts in the near future unless I hear of Barclays announcing a decision to cut its ties to fossil fuels. I believe powerful institutions like Barclays should be using their power to proactively support green growth and development, in order to combat the climate emergency.

Don't understand why they are still on part time hours and shut Tuesdays when restrictions have been lifted, really inconvenient when you work full time, if it keeps up il be forced to close my account.

If supermarkets can open normal hours with precautions in place why can’t you? It’s hugely inconvenient that you shut so early
