Staff very helpful and friendly and gave me the information ℹ was asking for, they also helped me get a bank account with them even though I'm in a refuge and address can't be given and we work from p.o box address and the fact that they are still willing to help me open a bank account without an address, great work Lloyd's we'll done and it a great way to help people like me, thanks again Lloyd's bank.

I have tried several times today to make an appointment to see someone at this branch.

Each time the receptionist has been busy and the lady on there seems to have no idea on how to manage the situation, even though she can see that a queue has developed.

To rub salt into the wounds I tried again just after 3.30 pm only for one of the staff to point at the sign on the door saying that they close at 3.30.

Surely, given that I had made several attempts to see someone some flexibility could have been given. All I want to do is make an appointment for goodness sake. It should take about a minute to do this.

Furthermore, closing at 3.30 pm???? Other banks in Beeston stay open later than this. Have we returned to the sixties?

I have been told that in the past this has been down to Covid. Fair enough at that time, but we're over a year on and other places have returned to pretty much normal operation so why haven't you?

The person that delt with me she was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Worst branch I’ve ever visited. The lady was unprofessional and more importantly didn’t treat my brother equally. Feels like she didn’t want to help at all and was trying to bounce us back again and again. We made an appointment by the phone, but she bounced us back as soon as we met. In the second time, she asked for some additional documents which were not required (according to the customer in the same queue!). We had to go to a shop to get it printed but she didn’t copy or record any of the documents at all! Such an unpleasant visit, will never go there again!

There was a very unpleasant situation with a bank worker yesterday. It was really outrageous that the lady was condescending and unable to listen to my problem at all, told me immediately that she was not competent in the matter and she has no manager who I wanted to speak with after that. I've been informed that with my problem I have to go to my bank and they can sort it out quickly. But this bank worker didn't want to help us at all she was unfriendly and rude ( maybe she didnt like my nationality). I went to other Loyds bank in the city center and they were absolutely nice with us and tolerant even they have not had simular situation before but they WANT to help me! A kind young lady asked the manager immediately and then they could sort it out for me. It took 5 mins not more!
I never go back to this Beeston branch anymore.
