This is my favourite branch. Staff always keen to listen and give appropriate solution. I live in Nottingham but always go there for any advice or service.

Ok I had the misfortune of going here to day and I was horrified by the way I was treated by the staff because I have a disability and can't wear a face mask the staff discriminate me by making the hole bank empty and say it was my fault I am disgusted by the way I was treated

Very polite but waste of a call as seemed that it was probably best to actually go to the bank anyway.
