Always friendly staff and great opening on Saturdays. Used this bank for years, very helpful. Highly recommend.

Good high street bank - parking an issue

Went to the bank today at 11am and it was shut??

Rude, miserable staff that always look like they’re being forced to work there. Not a great advert for the brand.

Most unhelpful, withdrew cash from the machine outside obtaining a receipt, went into the branch to ask if they would change the denominations as was giving money for gifts this year but they wouldn't as I had to pay it into my account with them to take it out again and I didn't know the pin number for my joint account held with them. Staff seemed disinterested in helping a customer so Merry Christmas to Lloyds Bank for being so unhelpful!!!

Went to open 2x child bank accounts, went into an empty branch with two counters open , to be told I had to do it online ( even though an 11 year old has to be done in branch ) and ID has to be taken to a branch, staff appeared to be using COVID as a reason to not be helpful, very poor service, walked to nationwide and opened 2x accounts

Went in to get some advice and was 'greeted' by a totally unhelpful screeching harpie who regarded me as something unpleasant that she might have found stuck to the sole of her shoe.She obviously has not attended any customer training courses.
Wish I could give it no star.
