Its a bank - what more can i say?!

I have only needed to speak to customer service on a few occasions but each time i found them very helpful. I am happy to bank with Natwest

Horrendous bank to deal with, new business accounts department seem to have heads full of cottonwool as they dont have a clue how start ups work, ironic considering their business. I'll be moving my existing business account away from these idiots, not to mention you'll be queuing for the best part of an hour in llanelli branch. Absolute idiots.

It's a bank thats understaffed, slow lines and long conversations when being served. Make room to be here for an hour. However, it's not the staffs fault and they are super helpful and friendly the glowing point of this review

Understaffed but also existing staff are very very slow. Very disappointing.

Set aside an hour when visiting.
