Very Poor support. Never answered any of my letters, complaining that my wife, who’s had a joint account for 57 years (23 in Aberystwyth ) cannot see our credit account on her iPad tablet. It appears on my tablet. Why not hers? And this morning I’ve had an unsolicited email from Halifax,s parent, Lloyds bank, boasting that they’ve been made a”B” bank. Yet in practice they discriminate against women who share a bank account with their husband. HYPOCRISY!
