What a JOke, not a bank but a load of idiots pretending to care, if you have a choice, avoid avoid avoid, a call centre in India with no english speaking people!

Lovely bank with fast deposit machines. However they are very understaffed on occasional days.

My initial visit here was frustrating. I have been having problems accessing my online account and had been told if I came in with identification they would give me a code. The person I spoke to told me there was no one who could help me, and would not tell me if or when there would be. I left annoyed.

Today I had a much better experience. They were helpful and friendly and I have resolved my issue now. This visit 5/5, yesterday's 1/5.

Just saw the last review about the attitude of this bank. Not opening a bank account here. Thank you but No thanks.

Simply great staff and financial products

No counter service on a Saturday so can’t access my own money. What’s the point in opening??

Went in with my other half as she was having a major problem with her card. Was greated by a lady at the desk called *Isobel* (not sure on the spelling)who is an absolute Saint of a person. One of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met, couldn't do enough to help and really made the entire process less stressful.
Thank you Isobel for making a stressful situation enjoyable.
