Had an appointment with Lynne Griffiths today,Lynne was extremely helpful and defiantly went that extra mile.Thank you Lynne.

Helpful staff, always happy to help with any problems.

I had an appointment with Joe and he was very professional and knowledgeable.
In addition, I found other staff in the branch very helpful.

Barclays have financed more fossil fuel projects than any other of the UK’s largest banks. This is despite warnings from climate scientists that we need to reduce fossil fuel use immediately to avoid catastrophic climate change. 20 million at risk of starving in Africa due to drought, India closing its wheat exports due to failed harvests, Northern Italy’s drought that threatens its food production- all a taste of worse to come. Thanks Barclays!

Joe set up my sons account for him a couple of weeks ago , the card came within the time he said his customer service was great and he was so lovely with my 11 year old , all the other staff there are really helpful too

Opened an account in branch on 5th December, and was told I'd receive the debit card with 3 - 5 working days! Fast forward to 19th January, card still not received even allowing for postal strikes! Called into branch, spoke to Joe, very helpful, said no card ordered! But, he would order one that day! But he didn't as customer services have done it today!! So 53 days so far and counting!! Diabolical!

1 star I'm afraid, although I've not been able to go into this bank. Barclays Bank invests its customers money, savings and pension funds in fossil fuel extraction across the globe, responsible for the growing climate crisis we are in.
I want my grandchildren to see snow in Llandudno in winter and have safe levels of rain or sun. For this reason I will not use Barclays Banks or ATMs

Pathetic. I've been paid cash for a hob I've done but can't get a branch open to pay it in. It's a joke, time to change banks
