Absolutely amazing bank, Hannah is my favourite she always has time for me and always asks how I am and my family.

Terrible opening hours during covid. Open 5 hours in the middle of the day only on weekdays because key workers don't deserve to be able to bank clearly. Not helpful

A bank like any other, except that one employee who talks to people like they’re children. She is deeply unpleasant!

Ridiculous!

Closed Saturdays and only open from 930 until 330? What are you now then a school?
Happy to put everyone’s working money into your bank but not quick enough to stay open to give it back to them.

Pretty soon this branch will be open for an hour, on the third Wednesday of any months beginning with the letter S. Pathetic that companies are still clinging on to this "pandemic" excuse for shoddy service. May as well close this branch.

As a branch, this NatWest is ok. Opening hours are absolutely shocking. Staff can be amazing, but I have had a couple of useless ones as well. Staff can be really slow but problems do tend to get dealt with if you manage to get to the branch in the hours it's open. Two of the three consultation booths are very open, not private at all, and you have all the noise of the main area coming through while you're in there. There is one consultation room, although not always available.

Bank is mainly a part time branch, open mostly in hours people are at work, or in school.

Branch has huge ques due to the lack of open hours. When you are served, it's in a wide open public area, so your personal banking in now public banking. As the man people qué right behind you.

Only 1 paying in machine and it's in the branch. Meaning you have to have an argument with the public as they think you are jumping the qué when simply paying in using the machine.

One of the staff is deeeeeeeply rude and condescending.

If I had any other choice, I wouldn't bother. But those opening hours .... Is the bank running out of money to pay more staff more hours?!?!? I think not.

Moving banks soo I think.

This branch has dumbed down im afraid, went in today to organise a number of things, which had to be discussed in public , wasn't even offered a private room!, A tall, stern, unfriendly woman served me, well I say served me, she wouldn't let me settle an account without a note from the pope and a DNA sample!!. Rude, unprofessional and unhelpful, time to move on I think .
