Very busy branch and one of a couple left outside of the city. Had to wait a little while and found the counter clerks pleasant and helpful and much easier than going into town. The reason it’s busy is because many banks have closed and therefore making the others left busier. I have been a customer of Nat West for over 40 years.

On 19th June 2018 my elderly mother experienced the vile and horrible attitude of staff working here. If madam middle aged wrinkly lady hates her job so much she should quit and spare customers from the abuse she gives sitting behind the glass screen. Not only did she give £20 less but also throw money in the metal box muttering abuse. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Very slow service and only 2 cashiers. Now has a coin counter service that counts coins before you bank. Quite a slow process and I witnessed it getting problems.
Other Nat west branches now closed more efficient. Sad!

Been going here for years. Staff used to be lovely. Likes of sue and shab were amazing.I use online But recently visited and noticed staff have changed and for the worst. Very rude and abrupt staff. Speak to customers very disrespectfully. No smile or welcoming. Shocking tbh. Bring the old staff back.

The manager today was so helpful I had spent hours the night before trying to sort out a problem I had stupidly caused on the internet & he was very kind & patient & helped me sort it out. Thank you

Completely disappointed with how consistent they close this branch without notice during opening hours. I’ve travelled across Cardiff to this branch twice in a month and both times were closed. Avoid and use the main branch in Queen Street.

Busy but slow serviceman normal for this branch, don't go trying to takenout largecamounysvof cash as they don't give it to you you need to make an appointment with them to take out 7 grand of upur own money as they don't carry that much is what I was told a few weeks ago but I took it out the holes in the wall over several days instead and paid via online banking as well. They don't like giving cash out for some reason it seems.

Always had great service from all staff for last 20 +years. Hope they dont close this great little bank as its local for many people.who cant get to town ect.
