Very satisfied with this bank. Their services are excellent, their advice sound and their security solid. If they are dubious about any transaction, they stop it and contact me immediately, giving me peace of mind. I have no complaints and can thoroughly recommend them.

I wished to hand in a letter from an elderly relative, 91 years old,who was sheilding due to covid .I did not wish to discuss her account just hand a letter in, the man on the door refused to accept the letter as I do not have POA toatally ridiculous , he was a complete jobsworth , and would do nothing to help a vunerable elderly person.

Forget it. It is the worst service I've ever encountered and I am thinking of leaving the bank

The very friendly guy on the help desk helped me to get hold of customer services when I'd spend days trying to get through. Took a while to get the right department but it was no bother and no rush. I even bought him a cookie to say thank you!
