This is the only branch left for miles around, and in a large town too, and yet they regularly only have one or two desk staff on duty, ensuring a 10 minute wait in line almost every visit.

According to the notice by the door and the website you are open today 9.30 but there is also another notice by the door that says you aren't! Waited past 9.30 with others but decided you were in fact closed today....?

Lovely branch, light, airy and spacious. Staff are polite, helpful and professional. They are an asset to NatWest. Always someone at the door to direct customers to the most appropriate area. COVID measures are great, making it seem safe and relaxed.

I can’t say enough about my Experience in NatWest Llandudno, the lady who looking after me , went above and beyond, I’m sure she was the manager, if she’s not , she should be
