Santander says open at 9.30 Saturday. Travelled miles to get to this Bank and it was closed. Poor service. Update your website.

Web site says open on sat until 2pm but shut please amend website

Staff just can't be bothered. Made the effort to go into store today and it was pretty quiet in there. I had been charged by a random company and wanted them to cancel that payment as it was fraud. The lady looked like she pretended to look on the system of what she could do but less than a minute later she wrote down their standard phone number and told me to call them. Surely this service is quicker and safer to do in store? Now I've got to spend an hour trying to get through to their awful online call centre. Nice.

The lady in the branch was not a nice lady she was called Mrs Lewis

Carnt even speak to a real person joke of a place
