Very helpful staff, had a wait whilst they phoned to sort out an issue was offered tea/coffee and lots of appologies sorted out the issue within 20 minutes which couldn't be done online or by phone!

This is best bank in the cardiff .friendly staff and nice managers.hapy to have this bank near my house

Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional manager !

So the bank sent me a new card and I was totally unaware because I didn’t ask for a new one so I thought it was by mistake. Turns out I couldn’t use my current card anymore.

I’ve got no issue with this but the problem was with the lady... after just telling her what had happened and how I can’t withdraw from a card machine or pay with the current card that I have, she didn’t understand. So instead of just handing me the money because that’s what the tab problem line told me to do (before they send out a new card) the woman at this branch starting making insults and talking bad about how “daft” I was when I didn’t withdraw from a machine even when I kept saying I couldn’t. Ugh that old light blonded lady is so frustrating

Horrible and rude especially the managers in there they should go for training on how to deal with people joined another bank what a difference so nice and friendly

Cashier clerk who looked like the manager was rude to me when asking what I want in the queue, explained I want to withdraw money and made an issue about the amount and only one I.D, had to explain I rang her branch ahead to check and they said ok to 1 I.d and a large withdrawal.

At the till yet again more rudeness and arguing about my I.d and signature and why I’m in the area when my address is different and my middle name etc, I was polite and answered all her questions, yet more rudeness and went to a colleague for help who had to explain to her with an ISA what I’m requesting is fine.

I left a small amount in 2 ISA accounts yet she was insisting I should just close both...also asked for cheque yet was given cash and no receipt when I asked, which wasn’t helpful and caused issues for me.

Shame as I’ve had great service in the Cheltenham branch but I wouldn’t recommend this branch.
