The ATM's are not available anymore after 5 p.m. Shame! :(

No 24 hour ATM, absolutely appalling.

Your web site says your open on a Saturday until 5pm but your opening times on your premises says 2pm . Not very good HSBC

Have two business accounts with this lot. Applied for a Bounce back loan on Monday Morning to help me get through this Covid 19 nightmare .... not so much as a confirmation of application received form HSBC. It is now Thursday. Pathetic. If I get through this I will be moving banks.

Visited the bank today to use the coin machine .First time I have been inside this stunning building .Gareth dealt with us and showed us how to use the machine .A polite and charming young man.A credit to the bank👍

I visited the bank on Saturday as this is one of the HSBC branches that open on Saturday. This branch is far away from my residence, but I get the best customer care from this branch. I entered the bank but could not locate where I should go to get the service I was supposed to get. Sham came to help me, and he took me to his work desk to complete the document checks and address proof within a few minutes. I had a friendly chat while he did his job. I highly recommend customers to go to this branch to get the job done with proper attention.

1) Very poor opening times
2) Not business friendly
3) If you want to deposit money before 9.30am forget it.
4) Been with this bank over 30 years - time for a possible change
