Santander

Lovely ladies serving in this branch. Usually fast ques and a very secure feeling when there.

I have been trying to open a basic account with Santander for MONTHS now and I applied online and took my ID up to barry branch so they could photo copy it,and they did that and told me it was all sorted and il receive something through the post. This was way before xmas and stil haven't had anything and now there telling me they've no record of me and anything I'm talking about!!! So I've spoken to customer service and now I'm waiting for them to get in touch to find out what's going on. As um not happy at all and I ain't doing this all over again Santander needs to sort it out and do something.

Not really any good place to stand when queuing. Other banks on the street have larger offices and more self-service machines.

Closed early again today for reasons beyond their control

Staff are excellent and always very helpful. Only issue I ever have is trying to use the external atm to deposit cash or cheques, they facility is always down or faulty !!
