Stay away from this company.
As other reviewers note,there is absolutely no customer service.Only contact is by email and when they eventually decide to contact you nothing gets resolved.
I have been trying for over a month to get a settlement figure from them so I can close my account,but this is impossible.
I would have given them no stars but that is not an option on Google reviews.

Little to no customer service, twice now I have contacted and waited ages for a reply, you need to sort this out! Otherwise, easy to use app with wave. But please sort out the customer service part as a lot of customers are saying the same on trip advisor.

Wouldn’t entertain this company by any measure absolute nightmare trying to speak to a human after loans have been taken out in my name they tell me they are not giving me the data as it’s a third party who took out the loans. So won’t tell me what data they hold but still hold me liable for the two £8000 loans. No help whatsoever. Has anyone else had loans taken out by scammers for their companies called live lend and better borrow. Seems odd to me they are both with the same holding company an I couldn’t get a loan for 500 a few months prior.

Anyone else had this problem surely I can’t be the only one 😓

Great customer service quick and easy to communicate with

Currently a customer and sent a letter to inform them my wallet was lost/stolen etc and my payment would be 10/14 days late (not a month or anything untill new card arrived which is obvs paid and up to date was 13 days in fact , and they have informed credit reference agency I missed a payment Which is totally wrong and I now couldn’t care less as if it’s not removed I will not pay another penny absolute shocking to do this especially during the times we are in , I’m awaiting results back from financial ombudsman.

A lawyer at Chetwood Financial who was was pulled for drink-driving claimed she didn't know that she'd been drinking alcohol.

She claimed her friend had brewed it using yeast and mushrooms, but neither of them realised the friend had used brewer's yeast in the recipe.

She gave police a reading of 135, where the legal limit is 35.

They will quickly sort you a loan out, but they are impossible to contact other than by email. So if you need to send an email you could be waiting 3 days for a reply.

Pls stay away from this company and their subsidiaries like wave,better borrow and live lend,the customer service is atrocious,the information given is wrong,there's just so many things I want to complain about but there's no customer relations with chetwood what so ever
