This ATM charges you £2 odd to withdraw even though it says it's free.

I went unofficially overdrawn totally my fault so accept the charge but £80 is steep. Regardless they like to twist the knife with a £5 charge, I only get Friday afternoons off so I wanted to extend my overdraft for a week until I get paid. Surprise surprise there was no one to help so I could take a day off or wait till next Friday and pay £35. So enjoy the 80 I an switching banks

Great service from Nigel the manager and colleagues. Friendly, welcoming and makes banking an ease. Much better than local branches

Got myself in a mess with my online banking, called at the Neath branch explained to Venitia, she asked Kate to help me sort my issues out..
Kate was so patient and kind, went through everything with me and got me back on track...
