Large queue with less able customer left standing for over 20 mins to be served due to a new sales approach to retail banking with only 1 person on the counter and all other staff roaming looking for sales opportunities.

They need to sort their hearing loop out. It worked the first time I went in the branch, never since.
Felicity is very helpful.
You can't walk in off the street with all your ID and open an account. Only certain "colleagues" can open accounts and the branch does not always have such a colleague available.

Never open, 9-3:30 and closed weekends is Useless to business customers

Just need to say a massive thank you to the staff as they really did look after me today when I came in and was worried over a fraudulent transaction. You guys are amazing.
