Great staff who solve issues rapidly, one of the better banks in Bridgend

About to go into store 4th time because they cannot do a simple change of address...

Horrible customer service. Turned up at 16:25 and queued up. When served the member of staff said 'by the way we closed at 16:30 but as you were waiting a while I'll still serve you' and she said the closing time changed about a week ago. I had been in the queue before 16:30 and the opening times on the door and online said they close at 17:00. Just found her really patronising when all the information given by the company says they close at 17:00 and I was in the queue before 16:30 anyway. As I left the doors were still open and they were letting people in. Sort out what time you want to close and don't misinform customers!
