Lovely friendly and helpful staff

I don’t want to jinx it but I’ve previously experienced awful customer service at other banks. I’m new to NatWest but I received great service today and was offered assistance from two staff members on two different occasions who were chatty and friendly and helpful as well as informative. My previous financial institution was Nationwide and Aberystwyth branch outright informed me that I was not to come into branch again as I opened my account online. This is even though I had two other products with them. They were very rude which is why I’m switching all my stuff out of them. NatWest currently feels like a breath of fresh air. If you are planning on opening a bank account and live in Aberystwyth I recommend NatWest and to avoid Nationwide completely.
