Very helpful staff who helped with my money.

Had the manager call me regarding a complaint that I had I gave the information that she needed then she started repeating, the original complaint surfaced I was not backing down as I was 100% in the right , leaving bank today going to Hsbc

Half of the time is not open & you can't pay money in to the cash machine outside. The message on the door always says closed due to unforseen circumstances !

I have been trying for two days to actually speak to a human being, these computer answering machines are rubbish. Think it’s time to change bank!

Never open and cannot pay money into the cash machine outside.
Might as well close the branch.
