Barclays Bank

The almost counterless banking system doesn't seem to be working. Some staff rude and extremely unhelpful I've found this on a couple of visits.
After waiting quietly and patiently the queue for quite a while today and then being spoken rudely and down to by a floating member of staff I left. I'll visit a different branch tomorrow.

I do not bank here, have never been inside but always stop and stare at the wonderful architecture of this purpose built bank every time I visit Merthyr.

Very unprofessional behaviour from same lady every time. In desperate need of lesson in customer service. Dreading every visit that I have to make to this sorry branch.

Disgusting customer service.

Went yesterday to deposit money. No staff present, no deposit machines working. Shocking

Always had very good service here. Staff are always polite and professional.

useless service, could not make simply change in my personal account, don't count on people working there. If you can go do all online or in other branch
