Very friendly helpful staff ,lovely to be able to go into branch and talk someone face to face somethings can't be sorted with a phone call or a computer. Cherish our branch.

Not happy with Lloyd’s bank. My mother who as been a customer for years was annoyed with the attitude of the Manager who served her yesterday. Apparently he advised her to use the cash point outside. She explained that she like to have her money in £10 notes. But he was insisting my mother should still use the cash point. At one point my mother thought he was not going to serve her. If my mother do not want to use the cash point than that is her choice.

They don't know how to count never going back there
