You need to update your opening hours as according to your online page your opening hours for the Mumbles branch open's on Fridays at 9am.
I've walked down to see that the actual opening time is 9:30 on the front door which is very frustrating !

Friendly and helpful staff. Queues ate never too long. Ideal for us as we live nearby and also bank there for work / business accounts. Only downside is that it's closed on Saturdays.

These opening hours completely discriminate people like me who work Monday to Friday. Especially when there are other banks open on a Saturday.

Polite staff and good to have auto doors with Covid Lots of sanitizer available too
