TSB Bank

Had a business account here and it was the most pointless useless account ever. Didn't have a debit card for first 3 months, couldn't pay in out of hours and spent most of my time in the branch sorting issues.

The is without doubt the most unhelpful bank and Branch I've come across. I work away from home and the issues I am having with changing my address just beggars belief. I think I will change my account as this has been a extremely bad experience for the last 6 weeks.

I have banked at Talbot Street branch for over 25 years and I feel compelled to say that the service has been nothing short of fabulous.
Everyone is helpful, friendly and extremely courteous. A big thank you to the Branch Manager and his team for the compassion shown during the recent loss of my wife.

Don't try and take a bill to pay into the bank with cash,they don't like it.they want you to pay the cash into your account first and then transfer it out to pay the bill.i think the people working there don't want customers to serve.

Yesterday afternoon inside bank used paying in machine. Took my £20 but machine then had faults. Lady tried to help by going into back of machine. Gentlemen then tried. Couldn’t find my £20 treated it as funny. They said leave it with us we will sort it. No news since then. Will now have to go back to bank to see what is being done !

I have been informed that I have to contact this branch directly to speak to a manager about my accounts. Would be helpful if they would answer the phones and deal with calls. I cannot just turn up at branch as apparently I need an appointment yet cannot get an answer to make an appointment!!!!

Nothing but good to say about TSB Maesteg. Moved over to them recently and we haven't looked back. So refreshing to be able to do banking with real people.
