Slow

Can not belive how a big bank like yourselves are so unprofessional. Point1. Its taken just under a week to sort out a small problem, proimised to phone me back, and of course never did. Point2. Tried get hold of port talbot branch was almost impossible, an when you get through to an indian call center the pleb whome answers the phone cant even spell said branch. A rather unhappy customers, thank you very much Barclays

Website says open til 3. They forget to mention the cashier counters close at 1 and if you have a lot of change to pay in you're only allowed to pay in 10 bags in a day. Surely if the cashier's close earlier than the bank this should be mentioned on the website and I fail to understand why they have changed the amount of change you are allowed to pay in. I could understand if they had withdrawn the service altogether

Only if I could give a zero I would, sue the cashier was so rude she lets the rest of the team down.

Now be looking to change my bank

Always quite busy and cash machine is regularly not working properly
