Lloyds Bank

Went overdrawn by 20 pence on my account once and they send my a letter to notify me about that fact. It took 3 days for the letter to arrive so when I got to the bank to pay back the owed 20 pence I had to pay £60!!! Penalty charge! Closed the account! Avoid!

Great bank, staff are great also. They even let me draw money out of my mother's account which I thought was actually fraud. I explained it was her account as she was in work and they let me draw money out as I knew the pin and staff know my mum and nan. Thank you Lloyds

Incompetent staff, who are not trained on how to get a closure statement for an HTB ISA, close down business accounts etc.

I had to go all the way to the town centre branch, I was seen within a matter of seconds and the process done within 10 minutes.

I think we all know where to go next time.

Great service.. But the bank timings need to be updated as the bank is only open only till 5 pm on week days

Poor service , I wanted to cash in £130 of coins in the correct bags was told they could only accept £100 .i asked the reason why after all it is a bank .was told it was to keep the queues down , yet when they opened at 9.30 I counted 8 members of staff in the bank and only 1 till open .. very poor service .

This branch of Lloyds Bank will be closing on Wednesday 3rd November.
