Terrible service, terrible bank will be closing my account this month. Absolute joke!

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Awfully rude,
When a loyal customer for more than 30 years, multiple accounts.

Staff argued that I am not allowed to withdraw money without putting my PIN number in on a broken card (which is the reason it was actually broken )
And a replacement issued!

I'm not at the bank to argue or to be patronised by someone who is supposed to be there for help and support.

The closing times are now awkward. Why 3:30pm?
