Not the most attractive externally it's standard corporate interior is fine, if a little stark. Staff are professional and helpful but thin on the ground.

no organization during covid 19 I wanted to put money into the machine which is inside and there is a queue for other matters so there should be two queues those who want to deposit money and those who have other matters to do. Very unpleasant employee of the bank who stands in front of the bank and manages everything

Attended HSBC at Carmarthen. Mr Dave Paton,customer service advisor, was exceptional in dealing with a personal and sensitive matter.
He was very professional and his advice was great. Was impressed by his customer focus and he helped to resolve the issue. He should be praised for his work.

It's a joke. You phone for an appointment, they never answer, they keep you on hold, the recording says to book the appointment online but you can't, it's not possible.
