The staff in the Mold branch are excellent and provide a 1st class service at all times.

9 times out of 10 I'm in a long queue with only one cashier open.

Worst service and staff have a very bad attitude. Not worthy of a presence on the high street.

1 cashier , 1 useless paying in machine . Massive queues .

Had to two major problems, ie transferring money to another account etc ,and down loading advice , all handled very professionally brilliant service thanks .could not be better. .

Absolutely first class service from Arwel when I visited the branch about changing a current account’s details.

Very clean and covid advice. Very good with my trans action and helpful at all rime. Would recommend the mold branch. Good staff very helpful for me.

Very helpful, understanding, nothing too much trouble, wasn't rushed.
