I am really upset that the bank is only open 4 hours a day for 5 days a week in the real world every other business some operating 7 days a week have to get over the problems caused by the colvid 19 virus and carry on some how and I am one of those businesses. The support from the bank is part-time working no face to face on help of any kind. And I notice all of the big banks have all done the same thing. shame on you all. Over 50 years with this bank . the next bank that works for the people I will be moving to. Merry Xmas

this is the only bank you are unable to contact a human being for help with putting the security they are asking for into place after 50 years and a nuffield farming scholarship from them i am disgusted and desperate to make contact . Please advice without excuses
