Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful staff.
I make overseas transfers on a regular basis which takes up their time and they are apologetic if I have to wait - but while I do wait I watch them being courteous and respectful to all other customers.

Excellent service

Had a very pleasant experience today. At the Carmarthen branch. A lovely lady went out of her way to help remedy my banking error.
When she could have so easily passed it over. The only disappointment is in myself for not noticing her name, to offer full recognition.

I had a very good experience at first but it is a little difficult to create a new bank account and when i went there the second time it was closed hope googles right this time 🤞
