Always busy. I always get hot in here and flustered. Staff are lovely though just a small branch!

They wouldn't get me a bank card because apparently they needed my address. I'm not given some stranger my personal details you mad.💷😠👎

Friendly staff when I do get served but at time of writing this I am stood in a que of 11 people and I’m tenth! 2 people serving.... should be extra cashiers put on at times like this. Always big ques and long wait times

Appalling customer service. Very much a jobs worth. It's a shame because Barclays online and telephone service is really good

Always queuing for ages as there never seems to be enough staff. The 2 separate occasions Iv been to the bank (I don’t go there often) I have had a drama with getting the help I have gone in there for. Eg ordering banks statements that I never received so clearly wasn’t ordered! Making an appointment to open another account that wasn’t possible as they couldn’t access the diary, to be told il get a call back that day (as it was so busy again) only I didn’t receive that call!

Such a faff... need to go to one person for help, another for cash.... banking gone crazy! Old people got no chance these days
