Barclays Bank

ive tried to open accounts with this bank, over the last 29 years, because they are the first bank i walk past. its now a hobby to call in and ask if i can open an account. each time i try, barclays havent the staff to deal with opening accounts.
it takes but a moment, from your day, and then you can move on to lloyds who realy are a bank who will welcome you.

Clear refusal of service confirmed by barclays staff via mobile app. Made me feel like a mug in branch.

Fantastic today. It’s really improved over the last couple of weeks.
There’s now a desk that can help you with things rather than previously being given a phone number by staff behind the cash counter.
Chris helped me fill out and check over a form, and was super helpful and friendly.
Massive difference being able to talk to a “real person” in person.

UNHELPFUL&RUDE!! Manager really negative and don’t care about people reported, all of the staffs are from the old generation never changed, thus working so slow even long queue they keep talking and never getting better. Head office should look at the ratings and the point of view.

Rude staff and won't even let me take my own money out after 1pm and take over 15 minutes to serve one customer even though its the staffs fault why its gone past 1pm. Poor service

I have been a customer of this bank for over 20 years I have never felt so let down by this bank I work nights and was unable to put money in as the close the counter at 1pm but are open for inquire till 2 what a waste of time having a bank in the village

Pathetic... Website says closes at 2 p.m. They wouldn't allow me to deposit money at just gone 1pm.. Told me to go to Blackwood...

Leave there just as confused as i did when i got there, they are so UNHELPFUL, worst branch ever, whats the point man
