Dinner excellent & breakfast both very good. breakfast let down by poor over-diluted orange juice and croissant but excellent otherwise. Dinner superb fish pie, chicken & cheesecakes good. Tom the waiter exceptionally good , friendly, efficient & well informed about the nenu, he said staff had tasted the foods when the menu was changed. nice view over the gardens. Very happy to be staying longer & looking forward to our next meals here.

Good hotel. Hidden in a nice place. It can do with a good refurbishment

Needs a bit of an update but the food was nice.

Lovely afternoon spent with friends. We enjoyed afternoon tea and a glass of proseco, both of which were very nice. Staff were very friendly. The area for improvement would be a better stocked bar as there were only three types of gin, no bitter lemon, no readily available garnish for the gin. This resulted in some of us waiting for a considerable amount of time at the bar before we could join our group.
There had been a wedding yesterday but this should really have been taken into account.
