This place is in all actuality a pretty great place to live. Only big downside, is that it is MANDATORY to own a gun. Reason why, is that at very late hours, you can hear some pretty disturbing noises around the perimeter. Sometimes you can actually spot what is making the noise. This thing, this creature, just digs around in trash cans for leftover Gfuel powder and begins inhaling it. gross.

It's a pretty nice place, but legend has it that if you leave Gfuel powder outside of your house, you may see a creature resembling a goblin.
