Colebrook Street Car Park

Always busy, especially at the weekend and they need to make paying for parking much easier. The ringo app is a joke and not user friendly for the older generation who are trying to park to go into the city.

Nicely located car park with adequate parking facilities for disabled folk (free to park) the only problem came when trying to use the electric charger. I have many qualifications in Computer Science - the highest being a PhD - however, getting this to work was a nightmare and in the end we gave up.

Scan the QR code it says on the side, yet the space for a QR code is empty apart from a message saying "coming soon"!! Download the app it says - ok then I will.... App downloaded and installed and activated, I enter the location of the charger and select the device, I enter my details and it sends a request to my bank for a pre-charge. Then the app tells you to swipe to connect, at which point you repeat the process of entering your details and pre-authorising a charge at the bank, before swiping to connect and yup you guessed it - round we go again!!! We gave up.....

Very centrally located car park from where you can reach many of the sights within a few minutes' walk. Unfortunately, it is not that big and is somewhat hidden. So it's a little insider tip.

2 EV charging points are installed and have reasonable availability with reasonable charges

Very close to high street and cathedral. Limited parking places. Hence fills up quickly. Sunday all day £2. Not worth parking more than 4 hours as price jumps a lot. Free after 7pm to 8am.

When I got there I found it hard to find a parking space being within walking distance of the cathedral it very popular so get there early..

Fairly well, centrally located carpark - hieght restriction for vans but with a nearby overflow carpark to take campervans.

A small, very popular car park due to it's location within the city. We parked on a Sunday when the charge is £2.00 for all day parking.
