Place is really awesome. But you need professional staff in service and behind the bar. Customer Engagement is not to be seen. Making customer happy is very important by knowing their preference and specially regular guest by giving them a reason to return. Overall i was satisfied with my friends and family, will definitely visit again. And would recommend to my friends.

attended for a private party in venue space downstairs. Nice space perfect for the event that was held there.. music at a good level and could not be heard upstairs and own bar. wifi available downstairs also although dropped out during the event

Very welcoming clients and staff alike. Very affordable prices on drinks and never any trouble. Weekly reggae nights and occasional Bollywood Bhangra nights. Great place to watch football(many big screens) and have a game of pool. Finally, Oanna at the bar is one of the nicest barmaids I have met - she will keep you entertained and served all night!

Hi there I want start with saying place is quiet good and we order drinks a lady who was serving drinks was putting her finger in glasses which was clean and kept on fridge and serving everybody..! In fact specially COVID time we got to mention hygiene and safety so digesting to see the way she seating over the fridge opening and closing fridge with her legs..! Come on is this really way to do it ..! Absolutely Terrifying to see this just in front is us..

It has friendly staff, efficient and quick service. The restroom facilties were clean and it is quite spacious

The decor is ultra modern with a subdued, relaxed feel and staff are welcoming and friendly the moment you walk through the door, always a plus at any pub

Owner of the pub served us and while we were there the staff remained attentive and friendly

Leather padded sitting area and copper finished chairs give a good small local pub vibe

Place is pet friendly as while we were there an guide dog 🐕 gave company to his owner / friend

Attended an 80th downstairs. Nice place BUT!!!
It was obvious to many drinkers that they were watering the Brandy and maybe other alcoholic drinks.
I asked for brandy, was poured from a brandy bottle but not brandy in my glass. Was disgusted and so was many others who confronted the bar staff… will not be going back as i could have been given poison.
